All skills at V; m³ per hour without implants and boosts unless stated, as Pyfa shows them (critical hits on average). Tank for the most EHP against even damage, every fit cap stable; hardeners only where the capacitor carries them. Checked against EVEShipFit. What pays, with one ship or a fleet. Skill plan.
